Panelhelper API orders are started once Woocommerce receives a payment. If a service is not added for a Woocommerce product, the product doesn’t know which ID or server to use and therefore doesn’t add an entry to Panelhelper.
If you don’t connect to the smm panel correctly this will also happen.
The API also isn’t called, if the order is not completed through a received payment.
For example if you start a Woocommerce order and don’t complete the payment. It will be stuck on pending. Changing the status to processing won’t work. You have to complete the payment.
